The condo building takes its name from The Left Bank, a heritage building located at 906 Main Street. The historic bank building was restored through the collaboration of Ballenas Project Management, H.R. Hatch Architect and McGinn Engineering Preservation. The restoration won an Award of Recognition from the City of Vancouver in 2007.
